AROUND THE BLOGOSPHERE:
  • I was highlighted over at Lost in Books for Rebecca's 20 Questions feature this week!! I was very excited about the opportunity and appreciate the discovery of new blogs via this medium!! Don't forget to check out the other featured blogs every Tuesday and Thursday!!
  • J. Kaye's Book Blog discussed Reading Challenges & Memes: Proper Blogging Etiquette. She provided useful information for bloggers as well as encouraged dialogue about generic comments. My opinion . . . I will sometimes take a somewhat generic comment and revise it to be more personal. I really believe that just having comments sometimes can brighten someone's day. Obviously, someone took the time enough to visit and comment when they did not necessarily even need to do that. That alone means something!
  • Topics for Book Blogger Appreciation Week have been posted!!! If you are a planner (something I am currently working on), don't forget to head on over and check them out!!
ADDITIONAL UPDATES:
  • I wrapped up the August Reading Challenge with a total of four whopping books!!! I am sure hoping to get through more books this next month. I've had a lot going on and seeing that low number has helped me to realize why I feel so stressed this month.
  • Earlier this week, I announced the winners to my Sylvan Dell Giveaway! Congats once again to the lucky recipients of some great books!! All books are on their way!!
  • I received a handful of awards this week at various blogs!! I am planning on posting more details and sharing the love later this week!! In the meantime, THANK YOU!!
