In A Warm Winter Tail, Pearson takes an animal's eye view to discover not only how humans stay warm in the cold, but also allows readers to discover how a multitude of animals protect themselves naturally in the winter. With contrasting illustrations, animals are colorfully shown in their natural habitats with black and white visions of people attempting to keep warm.
