Monday Maunder: April 2015 in Review

I cannot believe that it is already May!
Where in the world is 2015 going?!?

Since April has come and gone, let's take a look at the usual stats for the month.

The TOP POSTS for the month were twofold again.  The one with the most hits was #30Authors Returns With Legacy:  An Anthology and the one with the most comments was "Graphic" Novels:  A Story of Misunderstanding.

The TOP PIC was this little bookish beauty, showing proof that I was able to chill on my back patio with a re-read of To Kill A Mockingbird for a bit.

I ended up with another great month of reading with a total of nine BOOKS READ for the month.  Here is the list with all those books completed:
  1. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J.K. Rowling
  2. The Time of the Ghost by Diana Wynne Jones
  3. The Girl Who Chased the Moon by Sarah Addison Allen
  4. Legacy:  An Anthology by Various Authors
  5. To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee
  6. Jedi Academy #1 by Jeffrey Brown
  7. Jedi Academy #2:  Return of the Padawan by Jeffrey Brown
  8. Apocalypse Scenario #683 by Mira Grant
  9. The Creature in the Closet #1:  Wonkenstein by Obert Skye
My FAVE READ of the month was actually the re-read of To Kill a Mockingbird!  I have not yet reviewed that one here, but you can expect some discussion coming later this month.

I would have to say that April was another successful month in the books!  Woohoo!!

I have a couple of required reading books for review requests and an upcoming book club this month, but after that I am excited to dive into some of the books that are toppling on my TBR pile.  I can't wait!!

How was your month in reading and blogging?  Do you have any big plans for May?

  3. Oooh, oh, how did you like Time of the Ghost? It's maybe the very weirdest of Diana Wynne Jones's many very weird books -- I had to try to read it a few times before I came to love it.

    1. Jenny @ Reading the End ... As a whole, I liked it, but it was definitely a confusing one to begin with!! I think I would like it much more on a re-read.

  4. Congrats on reading nine books! Sad to admit that I've yet to read To Kill A Mockingbird and don't even own a copy. Agree that it's hard to believe that it's May already. Where is the year going? Hope you have another great month!
