Mini Bloggiesta: January 2015

It's that time of year again to work on cleaning up the blog thanks to Bloggiesta!!  This time around it is a mini event, only running a few days - Saturday, January 17 to Monday, January 19 to be exact.  Bloggiesta is one of my favorite events because it helps me get those tasks done that I always tend to procrastinate on.  So, without further ado, let me share my list of things to do over the long weekend . . .
  • Back-up Blog
  • Back-up Template
  • Update Books Read in 2015
  • Update A-Z Review Index
  • Clean Out TO READ Notebook (currently sits at 29!)
  • Clean Out Email (i.e., catch up on emails and delete older emails)
  • Catch up on Feedly (currently only sits at 34, so I just want to stay caught up and cheer other participants on)
  • Schedule Wordless Wednesday Posts
  • Write & Schedule Reviews (9 books currently need reviewed)

I am also hoping to get out and play in the mountains this weekend, so that will limit my time to work on these tasks.  I am still hopeful and confident that I can still cross the majority of these tasks off my list.  I will let you know the results in my weekly ramblings on Monday night, but will also post updates on social media throughout the weekend (most likely Twitter).

For more information on Bloggiesta, check out their website.

Are you participating in Bloggiesta this weekend?  What are your goals and/or plans?

  2. I could really use a Bloggiesta before I go on hiatus, but I'm busy all weekend. I guess I should still create a to-do list and just work on it when I can.

    1. Charleen Lynette ... When does your hiatus start? I cannot remember. Either way, it probably wouldn't hurt to at least have a list to work on as you can. If you can't get to something, it can probably wait! :)

    2. My hiatus officially starts in March, but I feel like I'm losing my mojo lately so I might just call it quits early.

  3. Sigh. My comment got eaten up ... Trying again!

Nice to-do list, Tif! I'm facing down some deadlines, so I had to make mine short. I'm hoping I'll be able to check off some of the things by Monday!

    1. Belle Wong ... Oh no! I'm glad to see that this comment came through.

I'm glad that we have an extra day to work on things. I'm not sure how much I will get accomplished this weekend. I don't have deadlines, but I have a TON to do!!

  5. I need to get Feedly back and working on my phone. It's so much easier for me to follow WP bloggers that I miss a lot of Blogger posts without Feedly. Happy Mini Bloggiesta!

    1. Jennifer Hartling ... Email is a never-ending mess! I got a good chunk cleaned up, but it doesn't tend to stay clean for very long!
