  1. From a Buick 8 by Stephen King - how was that? It has been sitting on my shelf for years sadly. I've been disappointed several times over the years with his novels. The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon: A Novel reminded me of bag of bones for some reason and those two disappointed me so badly. Of course when I got those two I had saved up my allowance for two weeks so I could buy the hard backs. (Yes, I'm old. Lol) and you could imagine how upset I was because they weren't nearly as good as Carrie.

    1. Johannah ... It was good, but far from my favorite King novel! Personally, I tend to prefer his older stuff, though I have enjoyed some of his newer things (i.e., Doctor Sleep).

  2. Oh well done!

I now have reviews post so far in advance that I cant/dont do posts like this any more. So for instance there's books I read in the latter part of last year where the reviews are posted some time between now and March, and for the Christmas themed ones, in December!

    1. nordie ... That's amazing! I love being able to work ahead, but haven't had that opportunity for a while ... and not due to lack or reading. I just am way behind on reviews and don't review every book I read here.
