Blogging was light this past week because last minute packing took over my life! I do have a fun guest article coming up this week though and will be posting more as time permits.
In the meantime, I have finally thrown in the towel and started a Tumblr account!! I don't intend to make this a priority, but thought it would be a fun way to share my pictures from my trip as well as some more literary fun posts that I would not normally post here. As I take pictures on my trip in the coming weeks, I will also be sharing a few highlights over there. Some may come immediately from my Instagram feed, whereas others I may upload from the pictures I take with my good camera. I will also try to link up in my weekly posts when I have updates worth sharing over here. Here's the link . . .

How was your writing this week?
ON LIFE
On Saturday, we packed up our truck (with a bit of hired help!) and headed to our new home in Iowa. On Sunday, we unpacked our truck (on our own). Today, I hit the road for our little trip and made it through three states: Iowa, Minnesota, and South Dakota!! Tomorrow, we finish up South Dakota and head into Wyoming! Needless to say, I'm tired!! (If you have not already signed up, be sure to check out my newest summer feature, The Postcard Adventure! The first postcards will be sent out this week!)
This last week was a whirlwind as we said our good-byes and began our new adventure. It's exciting and nerve-racking all at the same time, especially when you do not know a single soul in a new city. Thank goodness I have all of you to keep me entertained and lift my spirits as I embark on this transition!! That is, after I get back from my road trip!

Oh my gosh...cleaning out my email and found this post of yours. Sort of suck at keeping track. No, I'm not on Tumblr. Thought about it, but backed out. I've been seriously thinking about Twitter. I'm blaming Google+ for that. :/
