Monday Maunder: Armchair Aftermath!

Wow how time flies!!  This last week was filled with Armchair BEA madness on so many levels, that I simply did not have the chance to post as much as I would have liked.  I spent so much time behind the scenes of the event, hosting Twitter parties, and posting over there, that I simply did not have the time to share my thoughts over here or really spend much time reading other participant's contributions.  Therefore, I have little to contribute to this week's maundering.  I will leave you with just a few random thoughts and comments, and then I am off to finish playing catch-up!

In case you missed it, I was part of a guest post discussing networking on the Armchair BEA blog.  Writing next to Emily of Emily's Reading Room and Pam of Bookalicio.us was one of my favorite parts of the week and I felt honored to be sharing my experiences right next to them!  If you haven't had the chance to read it, then skip on over and check it out!

As I mentioned above, I have not had a lot of time for reading or writing this last week and I want to know some of the best link-ups to visit that you found!  There is no way that I will be able to get through the 1000+ links, so I want you to tell me which ones you found to be must-reads!

Last, but not least, I wanted to inform you that this week will be another light week here on the site.  With Armchair BEA being so close to the death of my father and the traveling associated with it, I have stacks of things that need my attention here at home.  I hope to post an Armchair BEA Aftermath giveaway that I didn't have the opportunity to share last week, but that is it.  I will get back to my regularly scheduled writing next week ... or at least begin easing back into it.

Have a great week and happy reading!

P.S. For those who participated in the Armchair BEA event, please take a few minutes to fill out this survey.  We (the organizers) want to ensure that we only make it bigger and better next year, and feedback will assist us in doing that!

  1. I think you're allowed some leeway on blogging while running an enormous event. :) It looks like everyone had a great time -- better than at the Book Blogger Con anyway! Take your time and get your life straightened out. We'll all be here when you're settled again.

    1. Kristen M. ... Thank you! I'm working on that life thing, but it seems that curve balls keep on getting thrown my way. I am going to try to get back it this week, but we will see how it goes! Thanks for always sticking by me though!! :)
