Monday Maunder: February 6, 2012

Monday, Monday!!  Need I say more?!?

ON READING

You can pretty much revisit last week's Monday Maunder for my current reading list.  Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I did not have a lot of reading time this last week.  However, when you come back next week, you will definitely be seeing some changes and more chatter here.  I am soooooooo close to finishing!!

Kristen from We Be Reading and I are both starting to read Clockwork Prince by Cassandra Clare this week, so please join in if you so desire.  I believe that she has already started, but I now have to probably move my start date back to Wednesday or Thursday.  I can't wait to read this one!

ON WRITING

Again, unforeseen circumstances resulted in a whole lot of nothing in this realm!  BUT, I can say that something that has been holding me back on one of my ideas may have made some leeway in this last week's {RNW}!  I talked about perspective, and thanks to 365andMe I now have some!  Be sure to check out the comments and share your own ideas and thoughts!

ON LIFE

I keep mentioning these unforeseen circumstances, so let me elaborate on them!  During the week, I do not have a lot of time for reading, so most of that is done over the weekend.  On Friday night while playing Bingo at my son's school, my daughter unexpectedly "lost her lunch" to put it mildly!  Thankfully, that one big mess was all she had in her, but she was not her usual self most of the weekend.  Needless to say, my attention was on her and not on the books as I had planned.  She is now feeling better, and I can now get back on track ... well, as soon as I file my taxes!

How was your week?  Do you have big plans for this one?  Please share!

  1. It's Monday night and I've only read the Prologue so you won't be too far behind me! Life is happening for me too (a kid with a froggy voice and a bunch of moaning). I'm excited to get going though!
